Abandoned animal rescue is a No-Kill shelter located in
Tomball, Texas, in the greater
Northwest Houston area. We are staffed by dedicated volunteers
devoted to saving the lives of homeless, unwanted animals.
Without the help of volunteers, our shelter would not exist.
All our pets are spayed and neutered, vaccinated, wormed
and tested for heartworms. The adoption fee is $85.00 for
dogs and $65.00 for cats.
Operating money for the shelter, including medication, spay/neuter,
food and supplies comes from adoption fees, donations, and
fund-raisers.
I looked at all the caged animals in the shelter...the
cast-offs of human society.
I saw in their eyes love and hope, fear and dread, sadness
and betrayal.
And I was angry.
"God" I said, "this is terrible! Why don't
you do something?"
God was silent for a moment, and then he spoke softly.
"I have done something"
He replied. "I created You."
